Have any of you guys tried out the ProFet amps? I built one and was very impressed. See my ProFet assembly writeup in the Selectronic forum. It surprised everyone at the Great Plains Audiofest as well. Good price, great sound. Check it out.

Wayne; Am I correct that the kit for that unit is 800$? I know I must have read it wrong.

It's a good unit. I've bought several amp kits in the last couple of years in the $500-$1500 range, so I didn't see this one as being outrageous.
