Yes, old stones, granite. It is the "Papuk" mountain, area of about 50 km E-W, and 10-20 km N-W. With close mountains it`s larger area, but nowhere near 300 miles - it`s the small country. Their names - Papuk, Psunj, Dilj... are ancient, at least "Proto-Slavs", no one knows what they mean. Very old woods are rare, but even today it`s not "tourists-polluted" area. Interesting are many old citadels from Middle Ages, half pulled down, in deep forrests (photos another time :-))...
