When aligning drivers for time alignment of the sound waves, where on the drivers if the best place to reference.

Cone drivers.
Compression drivers w/ horn.
Dome Drivers.

I was thinking that the front of the magnet would be the logical place, since the cone attachs there, but that didn't seem to fit with done tweeters which generate their sound a bit forward of the magnet.
