Horn flare shape response question [message #47078]

Wayne, anyone,
From another news group I followed a few links to some huge bass
horns, and one of the comments I read in the text made reference
to flare shape and how sharp the low end cutoff was. The statement
was that exponential flares have a much sharper cutoff than conical.
Any comments?
