I built my cabinets for my JBL 2235 as per JBL's enclosure guide of 5 ft^3 and I'm very please with the results. However, I've read in this forum that the 4 ft^3 volume recommended by PiAlign gives a more controlled bass.

There's no way I'm rebuilding the enclosure as I've spent a lot of time on it already. Would stuffing the enclosure with sandbags to reduce volume give the same results as rebuilding?

Gar.
