Subject: FS: pair JBL 2426J horns w. drivers
Date: Tue, 30 Nov 2004 18:14:50 GMT

Hi,

I have a pair of these drivers, in fine shape, mounted to 2370A horns. Here are the specifics for the driver:

"The 2426J features a removable flange to expose a 1 3/8"-18 snout for screw-on type horns.
a.. Alternate 1 3/8"-18 screw mounting
a.. 70 watts continuous program power handling when used above 800 Hz
a.. 100 watts continuous program power handling when used above 1.2 kHz
a.. 800 Hz to 20 kHz response
a.. 16 ohm (J) impedance
a.. 110 dB sensitivity (1W/1m on 2370A horn)
a.. 44 mm (1 3/4 in) pure titanium diaphragm
a.. Patented diamond pattern diaphragm suspension
a.. 44 mm (1 3/4 in) edgewound aluminum ribbon wire voice coil
a.. Copper-plated pole piece for reduced inductance and increased
high-frequency output
a.. Net weight: 4.3 kg (9.5 lb)"

Horns and parts of the driver were painted with (removable) latex for use in a church installation where they hung beneath the midrange enclosure. New price for the drivers alone is around $260. Make an offer before I put them
on EvilBay.
