I posted this question in the general speakers forum and got the suggestion of 2 Pi speakers, so I thought I'd ask it again here since you guys seem to be the local experts on Pi stuff.

I'm thinking about getting an Antique Sound Labs aq1003dt which is a 30Wpc push-pull integrated tube amp. When I asked about inexpensive speaker pairing suggestions in the general speakers forum ($500 or less, preferably less) one suggestion was a pair of 2 pi speakers. How well do these speakers pair with tubes in your experience? Given that my room is pretty small (14x11) do you think I could possibly move up to a larger model (like the 3 Pi), or would it sound boomy? I'd appreciate any information on Pi+tubes pairing or just Pi speakers in general that you may be able to offer me.

Thanks
