Hi Wayne and everyone. I have been lurking on this forum for almost a year. I have a flea powered tube amp (zen se84c) that I currently use with a pair of klipsch rf-3 speakers. I am looking at the theatre series 4 pi's as a possible replacement. I have access to a wood shop and know how to solder so I am thinking of building them myself. It seems like the 4 required drivers run around $85 each, is that about right? Can anyone tell me what the cross-over parts cost? How difficult is it to build the cabs and is there a preferred material to use? What can I reasonably expect to see as an improvement from my klipsch's? The one thing that concerns me about the design is that the cross-over seems to be in the so called critical hearing range, something that, for reasons that are not totally clear to me, seems bad and I was hoping to avoid.

Cheer, EZ
