Very impressive...serious and quality DIY stuff! Interestingly, you are "blessed" with many HQ transformers winders in Netherlands (Amplimo, AE, Tribute...), specialised shops and large DIY "comunity", so it seems...

Did you use "hum pot", or just directly connected Rk//Ck on the minus pole of the filament? I think that even with DC heating, with pot version you can adjust for lower hum...obviously necessary with 110db/W.
