Well, you can sort them with an Ohm-meter.

400-325-250-0-250-325-400 will all have continuity. that's 7 of the many.

The 5 and 6.3 are going to be near 0 Ohms( and I think youse got them center tapped, so the remaining pair of three wires with common continuity will be the filament windings). If I remember correctly, and the filament windings are CT, then the only single pair continuity will be the line/input.

Apply votlage to this one slowly with a pigtail and a Variac and confirm voltages with a *FEW* VAC input at first. You don't want to try putting 120V on a 5V winding...

Make a drawing and record your measurements. Don't loose the drawing!
