Will 1/2 watt be enough for all the resistors? I'm going with either Riken (carbon film) or tantalums. Any one have a preference?

R1=R2=R4=1K, correct

Does R3 need to be exactly 100 ohm, or just close.

R5 = 1 megaohm

What about bleeder resistors for the caps? Value and wattage ratings?......Colin

I'm assuming we're still going with revision 2.
