I have a dsp1124 installed in a church system. The mixer/amp is also a behringer unit(pmx2000). The dsp1124 is installed in a loop from the right pre-amp output, and then back into the right amp input.

The problem is a very noticeable background hiss, along with what sound like motor noise. When I unplug the dsp1124, the noise disapears completely. We have added a power conditioner, and a 8ga outdoor staked ground, but the noise is still there. Any suggestions or solution are appreciated.
