The previous question brings up another one. We want the speakers in line array to be close enough to each other to avoid combing effects. However, is there a distance apart where its not an issue anymore?

I mean, suppose you put a baffle that is 90 inches long. You put the tweeter dome array in the sitting at 36 inches from the floor and it goes to 66 inches from the floor. If you put a tweeter at 80 - 90 inches up, not in the line, is it far enough away to provide dispersions for the people walking around, and not be affected by c-to-c distances? How about one three feet away at the 80inch level not on the baffle , but facing the listening?
