The Garrard 210 record player

my stereo systen at the moment consists of
- a 1970's pioneer (AAK-024-0 ??)
- a teac ge-12 graphic equalizer
- a panasonic SL-PD347 5 disc cd changer
- a crap AKAI HX-A1 tape deck which never gets used
- and a digitor audio switch box witch i use to switch between my ipod, computer, cd player, and tape deck.

But i was thinking of getting rid of the tape deck and getting a record player, a GARRAND 210, it was built in 1960 and is brand new! its never had a needle or cartridge and never even been turned on i believe, i was just curious because im new to this kind of thing, how much would it be worth, the owner wants two hundred dollars which im willing to pay, ive already put a bid in for one hundred, but i was wondering if i was getting ripped off or of this was worth it?? and help would be much obliged, thank you,

James
