I hope you haven't bought it yet. But I don't think Lowes carries true Baltic Birch ply. They have 4x8 sheets of birch ply. But it's not the same. It will have voids within the ply layers. As Wayne states many times. It can cause issues with trapped wood particles buzzing or rattling. If not immediate, then possibly later.
