Hi, If you need to do this often (like me) then check out something like the BK4000 desoldering tool from Circuit Specialists. They are often discounted to about $50. Replacement tips, guns etc are also available. Mine works like a champ. A cheaper solution is the bulb type desoldering tools. Often in the $10-15 range. They do require some skill to use though.
