Jantzen caps are really nice. We offer two different Jantzen flavors in the speakers, kits and crossovers we sell. As for the locations that require 20uF, we install 22uF in those positions when using Jantzen components.

The resistors can be mounted off-board, if you want. We do that with the Zobel resistor, but mount the R1/R2 resistors on the board.

As for coils, generally, the bigger the better. I think you get to a poingt of diminishing returns at 15 guage, because measurements don't show any difference. But it can't hurt to go bigger. Just always use air-core coils.
