I order a turntable via ebay, from a guy who said it was in VG+ working and cosmetic condition. He shipped it fairly poorly, and the heavy metal plate became loose hurting the needle, the wire connections between the catridge head and the arm connections. Things such as the weight fell off and I'm sure rolling around in the box didn't help. I don't know much about turntables and now I'm stuck with a non-working table. Who do I complain to? What should I ask? This is very frustrating.
