Here in the south, Georgia became the butt of quite a few jokes after being crippled by just a few inches of snow last week (or week before last?). Well, we're due for more snow again this week and the governor has taken preemptive action by declaring a state of emergency for basically the whole northern half of the state. Seems like we've gone from one extreme to the other -- from not doing enough or soon enough to doing too much too soon.

Thoughts?
