here is a pic of the linestage. Shunt regulated with VR tubes, and active loads on the plates of the 2C50 ( it is now an adapter rig holding 2 12B4A's ).

I took that pic before I salvaged a volume knob from a scrapped Tek 517 scope I was using for parts.
