I want to implement a low pass filter to the balanced input of a sub amp. The amp's input impedence is 20K ohm.

I'm proposing to put a 10K ohm resistor in the Signal+ path, and a 0.47 uf cap after the resistor from the signal+ to signal-. I expect to get a 6db /oct low pass filter with a corner frequency of about 35 Hz.

Can anybody tell me if I'm in the ballpark?

TIA

Charlie
