Hey-Hey!!!,
It is after all a triode. Pick a load 4x the plate Z, keep it within dissipation limits, and even if you go PP, set the B+ so it remains Class A.

Should be better than the triode strapped 6V6, and plate ratings are similar...:) It's better( IMO ) to use a single-grid valve if you want a triode. Triode strapped pentodes seem a 2nd choice to me in comparison.
