Wow, that's cool! But I'll bet it's a booger to align.

What tubes are missing? I wonder if it has been completely rewired, maybe even made into a newer circuit type.

Once I had a Stewart Warner radio that had been rewired to make use of an alternate output tube. I'm sure a repair shop rewired it to make use of a tube they had in stock that had different pinouts.
