This weekend I performed major (for me!) pre-amp repairs replacing 2 caps in my counterpoint 7.1 --they had been leakinf for some time and finally got the guts to cut them out and sodder in new ones---major imprevement--instantly!---now to replace the tubes---and I learned something else---I can pull the board the line putput tube is installed on and have 2 tubes in the line output---more power is what I think it should do--lokking for some quiet 6922's--- The Sansui 500A receiver is next!
