Can you make a small basshorn work as good as a big one? Some are smaller than 10 cubic feet and others are bigger than 30 cubic feet. What is the optimum size? I read different opinions. Some say -2- horns 10 cubic feet each are better than -1- that is 20 cubic feet, not just easier to carry but also better sounding, louder, etc. Others say small horns aren't as efficient, don't go as low and don't sound as good. Can anyone tell me what are the pros and cons of each and what matters and why?
