I've been working on a 4 pi build off and on for a while. They're ugly but sound quite nice. One question - Did I screw up my dimensions or is the insulation on the rear panel of the speaker supposed to cover the rear of the port? I've checked and double checked and believe my dimensions to be right but I didn't expect to have that.

The other question I had I found in another thread was that the kraft paper backing from the insulation should be removed.
