The Theater three π uses R1 = 25Ω and R2 = 16Ω. Zobel capacitor C5 is 40μF.

I remember coming across a document you wrote where component values were given depending on crossover frequency and level of attenuation. Can you please direct me to it?

You may be talking about the crossover document that comes with the plans, or maybe the one that describes several different crossover types. The one that comes in the plans has a chart of values. The other is available here:
