Hi Wayne

Is there a Pi 10/ 12 folded that will give * smoothly * about 80 Hz (3/-16) – 500Hz?

How are the folds done: straight/ reflectors/ curves?

Thanks

Richard

The 12π basshorn is a subwoofer, and should be used only up to around 100Hz. I'm working on a smaller version, but I don't think it will provide useful output in the midrange. You might look at the layout of the older ten π basshorn, which had flare angles that doubled as diagonal reflectors. The angle of reflection of each panel was towards the mouth, so it provided a lot of midrange output.
