Just heard "Religion" from the soundtrack "Naqoyqatsi" on the local classical station (WGUC - Cincinnati). WOW. It's been a long time since a piece of music has just made me stop in my tracks. Very haunting. There is a sound clip on amazon.com of this work, but obviously it does not do justice to the music's soul or fidelity......Colin
Say Colin are you a fan of the first movie; Koyannisquatsi? I liked that one, since I was able to preview it at Lincoln Center, with that huge screen and sound system it was quite an experience. When I listen to the soundtrack I find you need some time w/o distractions due to the music building in intensity over time. J.R.

J.R., Sorry for the delay in responding. I was waiting until I got the CD - came today!!!! To be honest, I have not heard of any of these movies, but I will certainly check them out. Like I said in the original post, the track "Religion" came on the radio, and I just stopped dead to listen.
I imagine seeing anything at Lincoln Center would be a larger than life experience. I'm just a plain Arkansas boy who ain't seen too much of the finer things.....Colin
If you liked "Religon" you might like it. Don't sell yourself short, I been to Little Rock and drove around the state; it is real pretty. And good food to!
