It's raining in Ottawa and it just doesn't have the same feel as a Christmas with a little snow coming down. In spite of that there is still the family gatherings, lots of food, time off work, and general catching up with people I don't see often. Not too shabby.

Try living in Australia like me. Not a cloud in the sky, and 32 degrees celsius (or about 90 fahrenheit), a hot and sunny christmas day!

It's sunny and supoosed to hit 60oF today. We're planning a two-hour drive to see family. So we're not having a "White Christmas" but I love this weather anyway!!!
