If I want to use two of a given woofer in a single cabinet, I need to double the cabinet volume, correct? But how do I know how (or if?) to vary the port size?

Getting in deeper and deeper . . .

To put two of the same woofer in a cabinet, you can basically double the volume and tune the port to the appropriate frequency using Helmholtz formula. You will find that PiAlign is able to do this for you by simply entering a value of "2" in qty instead of "1."
