I found a guy who could import a pair of Eminence drivers for my planned Thermionic Three Pi but on the source´s homepage (http://www.newsensor.com) the 12 inch Alpha driver is called "Alpha 12A". I did a google search and found that partsexpress also have the A in the end of the name but I also found that their specifications didn´t differ at all from the ones at the Eminence site.

Are these two different versions? Or can I use the Alpha 12A for my Three Pi?

/Erik

The Alpha 12 is actually the 12A [message #37147 is a reply to message #37145] Wed, 03 July 2002 13:29 Go to previous messageGo to next message

The part you want is the Eminence Alpha 12A. Many of their speakers are also offered having a "B" version or an "LF" version. Some people, myself included, tend to omit the "A" suffix when discussing these parts.

Heck, Eminence themselves omitted the "A" :) (nt) [message #37149 is a reply to message #37147] Wed, 03 July 2002 13:48 Go to previous message
