Hey bud,

How's the performance of the JBL 2426H running 800 Hz and up?

Also, can you get them for less than PE sells them for ($265.50)?

Thanks!

Adam

Oh yeah one other thing, do you think four PSD3003's at 800 Hz will do better than eight PSD2002's at 1,500 Hz?

starts to roll off at 1kHz per jbl's chart [message #36273 is a reply to message #36267] Sat, 04 May 2002 18:15 Go to previous messageGo to next message

not a lot, but some. By 800 they show to be down a couple of dB, I wouldn't try to run them lower. I still want to try a pair of 2426's on my 511 altec horns, mainly for the greater power handling ability. Yeah Wayne, let us know what raw 2426H's might be had for, I'm interested as well.

I'll knock 10% off the PE price. Shoot me an E-Mail if you're interested.

Do you care if they are used J'S?? [message #36324 is a reply to message #36267] Tue, 07 May 2002 16:59 Go to previous message

If you guys don't mind them used take a look at the stuff they have there. Some of the prices are real good. They have 2426J's on either 2342 or 2370 for $170 each. Your choice on the horns. Take a look.
