I have Amplifier that give output power of 100 Wrms and my speakers can only take 50 Wrms. I want to ask you, can I make Attenuator from BoxPlot program and use it for a woofer.

Well, yes - you can - but I wouldn't. Just don't turn the amplifier up to full volume. You might consider installing a fuse. A 1/4 amp fuse blows at about 30 watts on most speakers advertised as 8 ohm speakers. So fusing your speakers with a 1/4 amp fuse will offer some protection, albeit accompanied by limiting output to 30 watts. It's kind of frustrating to replace these fuses all the time though, and you might be tempted to replace with a 1/2 watts fuse - don't. 1/2 amp fuses blow at about 120 watts when install in series with a loudspeaker reated at 8 ohms.
