Remember how I bought and built the Audio Note 300 B and the Welborne 45? Compleetd it last month. Sounds great. Looks great. Antique cherry finish.
Has that performer-in-the-room- thing, astonishing separation of instruments and really clear. deep bass.
I'm a wage slave and one had to go.
$1100 WITHOUT tubes. takes pairs of 5AR4's and 6N1P's besides the 45's.

SO you are saying the AN 300b sounds better than the wellborne 45s, since you are keeping one and selling the other (at l east for your setup)?
