I'm looking to build a 7Pi Pro and am only missing midranges. So I'm looking for a pair of JBL 2123 or 2012 10" midranges.

Have you considered getting a pair of Eminence Delta 10's from Wayne as a alternative?

That is my backup plan right now. From what I have heard the JBL midranges are particularly nice, so I thought I would try to find some used first.

I had also considered Adrian Mack's Alpha 6 horn midrange, but I don't know how they compare.
