Need Speakers for my old Silvertone Twin Reverb Amp.

Need OEM.

These are 12" speakers w/about 3" magnets. The coils are burned out. Cones are fine.

Good speakers do not give the tonal qualites produced by these cheesy speakers.

I could plug into both channels set at full volume and get a nice "Marshall" crunch w/out producing a horific volume. Nice for small spaces.

I understand these amps were produced in San Antonio TX.

I suspect that the speakers were generic, and probably used in cheap radios, stereos, etc of the time.

Would appreciate any info about where I can get them, or other products to look for that might have used these speakers.

Please refer me to any forum better suited to this discussion.

You might contact Eminence and see if they made the speaker for that cabinet.
