It is a push button Model 04-BR-5138. It still works.

That's cool! In most cases, the value of radios like this is more intrinsic than extrinsic. There are some cases where rare models can command a high price, but most are still pretty cheap to buy on eBay. Table radios are generally worth $25 to $50.
