How wide would you like the baffle to be?
What is your goal in making the baffle wide?

i plan to use 8pc 4" mid bass driver with a line of tweeter on one side, i want them to look a bit difference from most line array speaker, i prefer the baffle to be around 18" to 20" curve

Those will be good looking. The rounded front baffle will reduce the baffle diffraction.

Are they tube type geometry? How will you construct them? How tall will they be?
