Thanks, Art. Everybody has been waiting for these for a long time now, and it's good to know there's a prototype out there playing music. Has Danny said anything lately about when the two designs will be available for sale in kit form, or what the prices will be?

I think there's something in one of the several LS-6/9 threads out there on both those questions, but I can't find it or recall it off the top of my head. In the absence of that, I'll shoot Danny a note...

That's a very good price. I'm more intrigued by the LS-9, but the LS-6 probably is a better fit for most real-world listening rooms. I've included a link to some front baffle drawings for those who aren't familiar with these line arrays. These are some big bad boys!

I have the prototype 6's at my place right now, but am going with the 9's when they go into production...I would agree the 6's are plenty for most rooms.....any of you Texas (or driving distance) guys want to come by and give them a listen, drope me a note...

Any chance you or Danny might bring them out to the Lone Star Audiofest in May?

I'll mention it to Danny, there should be production models by then, I know there are some changes to the width and makeup of the baffle and the base of the speaker that will be implemented in the final product...
