I have a pair of 4 Pi Towers loaded with Delta 15 Pros using an Eminence PXB2-1k6 crossover. My son noticed that there was light emanating from the back of the speakers thru the ports.

When the system is cranked up, the fuse lights up on the crossover network like a light bulb - what is up with that?

That's the way it works. The bulb acts as a limiter by increasing resistance when it ges hot from high current passing through it. If current becomes excessive, the bulb will open, protecting the tweeter.
