i want a single software that would help me to convert any files to audio or mp3.

do you know such siftwares..? please send me the downloadable link.

Hi xeric. I use Cubase SX for my MP3 conversion needs, but if you're looking for freeware maybe you can find something of interest here:

I have AVS video converter, now I don't know if you can convert audio but on my converter, it does say mp3 on it. But there is a free music converter site that is online for which you can use. I think its called mymusictools.com or something like that. I have used that a couple of times, i didn't like the quality. But you can also use Yasa, that is a good one.

Cubase is 400 dollars. Wow! Yeah I know, that is very expensive and I don't think you are actually going to find anything cheaper than that one.

I'm sure you can find something alittle cheaper than that. You may even be able to find something on bearshare or something.
