Is anybody looping the digital around and using the DI/O to "sweeten" the analog output of a CD/DVD player?

Isn't the tube part used for the a/D part?
Are you saying use the A/D and then the D/A?

Run the analog output of the CD player into the A/D input.

Loop the A/D output into the D/A input.

Use the D/A output with the variable "tubiness".

Interesting! I would love to read the reports on this. Sounds like a fun thing to try! They are cheap aswell...if reports are positive may be a fun thing to get!
