i heard cd stoplight really improve the sound of any cds. For people who has no idea what that is, it is a pen that you will have to write around the edge of the cd. The manufacturer claims that this help to stop the laser while reading into a more accuracy task, as a result the jitter is reduced.

The theory seems work to me because this creates a frame for the laser head to read only neccessary, therefore accuracy should be improved

Anyone knows anything about this product?

I agree with Wayne. The laser has NO problem reading teh disc. and making the disc optically clearer is going to make NO difference.

I used this a number of years ago, and with things like portable CD players and my ancient Rotel 855, it did seem to have a distinct positive effect. On better players it seems to have very little effect at all. Thus, you may expect widely varying opinions, even among people who have used it.

It's a cheap enough experiment, though.

Sorry, didn't see this till now.

Nope, not helpful with skipping. Just makes it sound less annoying when it agrees to play.
