I was given the above turntable, and it seems to work fine, but I don't know how to adjust the anti-skating knob. Since I didn't get a manual with the unit, I wonder if anyone can give me some guidance.

Usually anti-skating is set the same as the tracking weight, but not always. The simple no-guage eyeball method is to look at the stylus as it tracks a record and set the anti-skate where the needle is centered, i.e. not deflected left or right. Check through the posts on setup for more information.
