hello, i'm desperately seeking answers or possible solutions to why my turntable plays fine but only about half as loud as another, in other words, i set the volume on tuner to say "3" with one turntable, then when i attach the sony 350h it is just maybe half as loud? any help appreciated, thanks Adam

Sounds like the cartridges have different output levels. You might need a phono stage.
