I think I've made a mistake.

I'd like to build a pair of 3 or 4 Pi speakers and was looking in to freight forwarders to make the cost of a pair of h290c waveguides more affordable when I spotted these on eBay and hit "buy now". I've since noticed the lack of a "c" in the description and can see they're different to the ones Wayne supplies. Will they work or do I need to bite the bullet and buy direct from Wayne? I'm in the UK by the way.

That's the old Eminence H290 radial horn. It's a good horn, but our H290C waveguide is definitely an upgrade.

Check it out:
I think it's worth selling the Eminence horns and getting some of our waveguide/horns.

In for a penny, in for a pound. Very Happy

I can't decide between the 3Pi and 4Pi, it's easier to get the Eminence Delta pro 12 and B&C 12plb100 in the uk than it is the JBL 2226h. Is there much in it between the three woofers once they're in the respective cabinets?

The three Pi with the B&C woofer is pretty much equivalent to the four Pi with the JBL woofer. I have both, personally, in my home and love them both.

Thanks for the explanation about speakers and your website. I'll order waveguides and bare PCBs and go the easier route of the 3 Pi.

Could I get the plans for the 3 Pi please

Can you give me a rough estimate of package size and weight so I can make sure it's within the limits they set (pair of horns and PCBs)

Certainly. The package is 24 x 8 x 8 inches, and weighs 7 pounds. That's 60cm x 20cm x 20cm and 3.2Kg.
