This isn't so much room acoustics as it is Natural Acoustics. I ran across a video made a few years ago (if that long ago) By Billy Idol. Yeah, he's still around. He has new material and he shot a video of it in the Hoover Dam area. It's pretty wild, but the song, in my opinion, matches the surroundings perfectly, and I can only imagine what the acoustics were like out there. I have been on SR 93 numerous times going to Vegas, and as soon as you get out of the straightaway and into the mountainous curves that lead to the dam, it's a bona-fide hellscape.

Ole Billy probably doesn't have the rebel yell he had once judging by his gravely voice now. I have that album. I still play it. His guitarist Steve Stevens looks pretty much the same, seemingly. He's a fine guitarist. That tune is pretty mellow sounding for Billy. I wonder if he still rocks.

I believe he used to be a heavy smoker, which explains the gravely voice. So, he's still around, huh. I'll have to find that video.
