I just got a brand new turntable, a Technics SL-BD10. It works very well, but in order for the stylus to read without white-noise in the background, I have to put two quarters on the end of the arm so it is weighed down a bit. Also, if I scratch continuously, the record skips to a different part. When I get a new stylus (this one is worn out), will these problems stop?
