She passed away at the age of 96 this past weekend.

I was reminded how good her and her husband are.

We need more people high up in the ranks like them.

Yeah that's a ripe old age. I wonder if Jimmy will go soon now. He's beaten the odds many times now seemingly down and out from falls, cancer, to come back ticking like an old Timex watch. But losing his lifelong mate, may want him to join her. Quite a legacy between the two of them.

She was one of the few first ladies who didn't seem to ruffle feathers on either side of the aisle. A genuinely gentle, gracious person.
